Refund policy

We have a 90-day Warranty:  If the band breaks or malfunctions within 90 days (with appropriate use) you can request a new band.

We offer a 7-day Return Policy (with appropriate use):  Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

The warranty and return policy are subject to appropriate use in accordance with the following requirements:  

  • Do not stretch the band more than 2x the original length.
  • Do not load the band with more than 100 lbs (45 kg) of force.
  • Do not attach the band to any object other than your legs.
  • Do not use the band for arm exercises, or hold the band in your hands. 
  • Release buckle tension before unbuckling.
  • Hand wash and air dry only.  Do not use a washing machine, clothes dryer, or dishwasher.

To start a return or request an exchange, please contact us at team@booyafit.com. In the message, please include your name, order number, photos of the entire band and a closeup of the damaged area, and a description of the problem and how it happened.

If your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you new band of the same size, color, and resistance.  Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
