How Much Resistance do Booya Bands™ Provide?

Minimum resistance strength is measured with the Booya Band™ buckled at mid-thigh, with the legs standing straight, and parallel with the hips.

Maximum resistance strength is measured with the band stretched to double (2x) length, (approx. 52 in. / 132 cm.)

Booya Band
Light provides 5-15 lbs (3-7 kg) resistance.

Booya Band
Medium provides 10-30 lbs (4-14 kg) resistance.

Booya Band
Heavy provides 15-40 lbs (7-18 kg) resistance.

(Resistance strength levels are approximate.)

IMPORTANT: Do not stretch any Booya Band™ beyond double (2x) the original length, to keep the elastic and fabric in good condition.
