1. Glute Bridges Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place the Booya Band™ just above your knees. Drive through your heels to lift your hips until your thighs and torso form a straight line. Pause and squeeze your glutes at the top.


2. Banded Squats Squats are a classic functional exercise that work the glutes, which you can feel more with the band.  Place the band around the thighs, above your knees. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and lower into a squat, keeping tension in the band by pushing your knees out. Focus on keeping your back straight, and core engaged.


3. Reverse Lunge Another functional exercise that is fully enhanced by a booty band.  Stand with the legs together in parallel position, and the band around the thighs.  Step back and bend the knees, lowering yourself downwards.  Then return by stepping up to balance (more challenging) or stepping the legs together at parallel (easier). 

4. Donkey Kicks Start on all fours with the Booya Band™ around your thighs. Lift one leg back and up, keeping your knee bent at 90 degrees. Squeeze at the top.


5. Leg Pull Rear standing upright, place your hands on the wall or a chair in front of you.  Then pull one leg back, using the glute muscles.  Keep the core engaged and hips stable.
